The new CBRE office in Porto reflects the continuity of the brand identity in a 280 m² space designed for well-being, collaboration, and flexibility. The project builds on the conceptual framework of the Lisbon office, reinterpreting it in a more intimate and welcoming context, in dialogue with the city’s characteristic natural light.

The layout balances focus and interaction: open spaces, meeting rooms, and break areas are arranged fluidly, promoting different work dynamics and social moments.

Lighting plays a key role in defining the atmosphere. Natural light is extensively utilized and complemented by technical and architectural solutions that ensure visual comfort, efficiency, and flexibility. O/M integrated different types of luminaires, carefully selected to meet the demands of a high-performance corporate space without losing the human and welcoming dimension.

The result is a balanced and luminous work environment that expresses CBRE’s culture — professional, contemporary, and human — through the simplicity, precision, and sensitivity of light.
